JUST DOING A BIT OF SEWING

JUST PUSHED MYSELF TO DO A BIT OF SEWING THESE LAST FEW DAYS AS I WAS FEELING REALLY LAZY . I STILL HAVE SOME LOVLEY FABRICS WHICH I PURCHASED OFF EBAY QUITE A FEW YEARS AGO,  FROM A SELLER WHO HAD JUST STARTED TO SELL ON EBAY AT   ABOUT THE SAME TIME AS I STARTED TO SEW FOR SASHA.   HER EBAY I.D  IS LALUTHAN, SHE SELLS A LOT OF LIBERTY FABRICS AND OTHER QUALITY COTTONS.   WHEN I PURCHASED ALOT OF MY FABRICS IT WAS 2 0R 3 METRES AT A TIME, NOW SHE SELLS ABOUT A QURTER OF A METRE AT A TIME AND I THINK ALOT OF THE FABRICS ARE QUITE PRICY BUT STILL VERY NICE QUALITY.   ANYWAY LOOKING AT ALL THESE YARDS  OF FABRIC PROMPTED ME TO SWITCH THAT OLD SEWING MACHINE ON.   I HAVE A BERNINA 930 AND ALSO A PFAFF CREATIVE,  BOTH GOOD MACHINES BUT A BIT OLD BY TODAYS STANDARDS, (ABOUT 30 YEARS OLD I THINK)        ONCE I GOT GOING I WAS ON A BIT OF A ROLL AND I HAVE MADE 3 SUMMER SETS FOR SASHA WHICH I WILL  SHOW ON HERE WHEN I TAKE THE PICTURES.   HOPEFULLY THE WEATHER WILL PERMIT OVER THE EASTER BREAK.

  5. My Bernina is even older! Unfortunately yesterday I jammed it and now it is going to have to go to Mr Repairman. :-(
